MAT CLASSES AVAILABLE AT BONDI PILATES ARE:
Pilates Mat Class : A 55 minute class with a maximum of 10 people. The Pilates Mat classes are suitable for beginners or clients who feel they would benefit from the reinforcing of the fundamentals of core strength.
Core Power Hour : This is a lunch time core concentration mat class that is designed to extend and challenge your strength levels. Come in from a crazy (or a lazy!) morning and leave an hour later able to finish your day invigorated and energized!
Core, Strength and Balance: This class combines the 3 vital ingredients of true physical health – strength, flexibility and balance. The class combines the principles of Pilates strength and alignment with fluid motion and stretching and adds in critical elements of grace and balance.
