Equipment classes have now begun in earnest

Equipment classes have now begun in earnest. Tuesday 6h30 class is full and moving ahead. We have a great group of people ….committed and keen. So far, we are concentrating on getting some good basic mat and reformer technique happening. Everyone is working hard and in 2 weeks we can already see progression.

We have now also managed to secure a great venue for our mat classes….just a few steps away from the studio, in Baracluff Park. The hall is fantastic, complete with great showers and toilets! Classes will start up in March and will initially happen twice a week in the mornings. We will be limiting groups to a maximum of 15 per class and are speaking at the moment to a selection of fantastic instructors to run the classes! WATCH THIS SPACE!
