Bondi Pilates offers the following classes:

  1. XTEND BARRE
    The Xtend Barre workout is a fast paced, 55 minute full body immersion that fuses dance, Pilates and sculpting exercises at the ballet barre to give you a chiseled body – and fast!  Read more about Xtend Barre Classes or Book Online
  2. XTEND AND STRETCH
    This is a 9O minute class that combines the exhilarating, cardio and strength workout you get with a full hour of Xtend Barre….together with a 30 minute bonus of stretching and lengthening those worked muscles.   3. REFORMER CLASS
    BONDI PILATES is well known and respected for the authentic instruction of Pilates. Only 4 clients in a group on brand new, state of the art reformers taught by some of the most passionate and dedicated instructors in town! An understanding of how to use your strength, how to maintain correct posture and how to move efficiently and with joy is what you will learn.   4. PILATES MAT
    BONDI PILATES mat classes are suitable for all levels of client. The classes have a maximum of 10 clients and are a perfect way to learn how to use your core muscles in both a vertical and horizontal position. Mat classes are priceless in learning skills you can apply everyday. BONDI PILATES mat classes make use of a variety of Pilates small apparatus.   5. CORE POWER HOUR
    This is a lunch time Core Concentration mat class that is designed to extend and challenge your strength levels a little. Come in from a crazy morning and leave an hour later …. able to finish your day invigorated and energized! Read more about Pilates Classes or Book Online
  6. CORE STRETCH AND BALANCE
    This class combines the 3 Vital ingredients of true physical health: Strength, Flexibility and Balance. The class combines the principles of Pilates strength and alignment with fluid motion and stretching and adds in critical elements of balance and grace. Book Online
  7. PRIVATE SESSIONS
    We invite you to book a private session with any of our highly qualified and passionate instructors. Private sessions available are: 

    • Private Xtend Barre Class
    • Private Pilates (combination of reformer and Mat work)
    • Private Cardio Cross training session (combination of Indoor and Outdoor training)

  8. XTEND BARRE SPECIAL EVENTS
