Well we have now had the first 2 weeks of our new studio! It has been great and there is a whole new energy level around.  We have now developed 2 new exciting class structures which will begin early next year….a great new concept of small group session, using equipment, kind of like a circuit… there will  be only 6 clients per group and we will operate this in 2 levels, so that there will be a suitable class for everyone, no matter the level of experience. we will also be starting Intermediate Reformer sessions for a   maximum of 4 clients.
